Vice President Group Human Resources (m/w/d)

Your Part in our Team:

  • In this newly created position, you and your HR team will support SFC’s corporate development and growth strategy.
  • You see yourself as an empathetic and constructive sparring partner and coach for the board, management team and executives regarding all HR related topics.
  • You shape the group-wide strategic alignment of the department, manage national and international projects and ensure continuous improvement of HR structures and processes.
  • Taking into account current HR trends, you will develop and implement a growth-oriented HR strategy with a focus on employer branding, talent management and talent attraction.
  • You will work together with our works council in Brunnthal in a collaborative and trusting manner to expand our company agreements and policies.
  • You enjoy leading and developing the local HR team, which currently has four employees. At the same time, you will assume functional leadership responsibility for the HR teams at the subsidiaries.

You bring along:

  • You have a relevant degree and extensive professional experience in various HR functions in the technology sector. In addition, you can demonstrate success in project and change management at an international level.
  • With your excellent communication skills, you convince a wide variety of stakeholders and make ongoing progress with HR topics.
  • You find it easy to identify the right priorities in a dynamic environment and to finish tasks successfully.
  • You live a cooperative and motivating management style, have experience in leading a remote team and are willing to travel regularly.
  • You have very good communication skills in both German and English.
