Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Location – Orem, Utah, USA

Our team in Orem, Utah, is looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager & Executive Assistant to oversee the daily operations of our Salt Lake City office and provide critical support to our executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently. This role is critical to our team’s success and will support various departments in our office while also assisting our executives.

Your part in our team:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supply management, office organization, and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for the executive team.
  • Coordinate and support HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence for the executive team and provide information or redirect inquiries to the appropriate team member.
  • Maintain and update office policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the office functions smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including drafting emails, preparing reports, and managing their calendars.
  • Oversee administrative staff and provide training and guidance as necessary.

What you should bring along:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of basic HR practices and office management procedures.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with accounting and financial tasks.
  • Familiarity with energy or related industries.
