IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Part in our Team:

• Be the first point of contact for employees and support desks of third parties
• Be responsible for processing technical queries using the internal ticketing system and keeping track of these issues throughout the resolution process
• Execute change request procedures and conduct root cause studies for incidents and identify any areas for improvement
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, provide technical guidance, and help other colleagues
• Assist in server management, asset management, and endpoint management and execute user management, including daily checks, patches, installations, and software updates
• Assist with global cloud migration (MS365/Azure)
• Participate in disaster recovery and failover strategies

You bring along:

• Vocational Secondary Education in IT
• 1+ years of demonstrable experience in an IT support role
• Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and support procedures
• Experience with server management, virtualization; Exchange and storage are a plus
• Experience in backup systems, network techniques, user management, and office automation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, organize, and multi-task
• Methodical work approach, proactive attitude, critical thinking, and customer focus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good German and English communication skills (both oral and written)
