Brunnthal/Munich, Germany, March 3, 2014 - SFC's Chief Financial Officer, Gerhard Inninger (49), will leave the Management Board by mutual consent at the end of the next AGM on May, 16, 2014. Inninger's departure is on friendly terms, and is by mutual consent, and he will continue to advise SFC as a full-time consultant on financial matters. Consequently there are currently no plans for appointing a new CFO. CEO Dr. Peter Podesser will provisionally assume responsibility for the finance department. Inninger was appointed Chief Financial Officer in August 2011. He will now also resume his former profession of tax advisor and will support SFC in this respect.

"With his experience and his exemplary dedication, Gerhard Inninger has made a valuable contribution to the acquisition and the integration of the Dutch and Canadian companies into the group, as well as to the fundamental repositioning of SFC Energy AG. He has performed his tasks as Chief Financial Officer to our best satisfaction. For this, I would like to thank him on behalf of the whole Supervisory Board. We are looking forward to continuing our work with Gerhard in his new function", said Tim van Delden, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SFC Energy AG.
