Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)
Location – Swindon, Wiltshire, UK
Your part in our team:
Working closely with the site management team, manage day-to-day office operations, including operational purchasing, office organization, and basic office maintenance.
Raising purchase orders, controlling deliveries, returns and communicating all issues with the suppliers
Interaction regularly with operational finance and business operations across manufacturing and engineering.
Incoming goods booking.
Invoice control and all aspects in the ERP system.
Maintain and update office policies and procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure the office functions smoothly and efficiently.
Supporting standardization and certification (ISO, health and safety, sustainability)
Taking care of shipping incl. import/export control.
What you should bring along:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, commercial background or similar administrative role with preferable some finance experience.
Proven experience in a ERP system for Example SAP / ProAlpha
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Keen attention to detail and ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Knowledge of basic HR practices, basic accounting practices and office management procedures.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Willing to further develop and adapt to new tasks and requirements.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Previous experience as an executive assistant is a plus
