I wrote my thesis at SFC and was taken on immediately afterwards in October 2012. In my current position as deputy team leader in the test field, I never get bored and there are always new and challenging tasks. With my helpful and open-minded colleagues, even things that seem impossible at first are achieved through help and cooperation.
The extremely familial work atmosphere, coupled with numerous exciting and challenging tasks from various fields, very short lines of communication, and dedicated and dynamic colleagues make SFC a very appealing employer.
After my internship, I was offered a full-time position. SFC is flexible and the atmosphere is relaxed. As a beginner, I can learn and apply a lot of new things.
I started out as a quality engineer and am now working as a project manager in the Corporate Development department. The trust placed in me is evident in the development opportunities within the company, and the dynamic, international work environment makes working at SFC exciting and diverse.

The interview usually takes place online via video call. This interview is attended by the respective manager together with HR.
If the first impression from both sides is positive, the next step is to invite you to a personal meeting at our location in Brunnthal or Kirchheim, where we will discuss specific professional and technical matters. Here you will also have the opportunity to get to know team members and colleagues and get a first-hand impression of our company and the day-to-day work.
After the interviews, you will receive feedback timely as to whether we can welcome you as a new team member and on what terms we can make you an offer.
